We now use Handle Cloud to keep to-dos and account information synchronized across platform. If you are having sync issues, please do the following:

  1. Ensure you have the latest software on mobile and desktop. On iOS, under AppStore tap Updates and install the latest Handle (TestFlight vs. AppStore for beta). On web.handle.com, hold down 'shift' while you refresh the page (beta.handle.com for beta)
  2. Under the sidebar --> Settings, ensure that "Cloud Sync" is activated at the bottom under the 'Account' heading
  3. Tap on "Cloud Sync" and look at "Account Type"
  4. Ensure that you are using the same account type on the phone and web: email/password or Google

If the problem persists, email support with the following.

"I've followed the FAQ and am still having sync problems with email address: <insert the account email here>"
