To resolve this issue, do the following steps
1. Tap the menu and go to settings.
2. Tap into each email account under the email accounts section
3. Tap Remove Account. Your account will be removed but your todos are safe
4. After removing all the accounts, you can add them back by tapping Add Account.
5. Add all the accounts
6. Go to email tab.
You should now be crash free.
